This year Amazon rolled out a new program called AmazonSmile that will donate a portion of your purchase price to the charity of your choice!!! If a lot of people simply click to use this program, the donations can add up, costing you nothing extra! I really want my family and friends to use this program, so here it is, very simple! Open Amazon in another tab or window so you can set it up side by side with my screen shot instructions.
If you are already an Amazon.com user, chances are your computer automatically logs into your account. To sign up for AmazonSmile, simply go to smile.amazon.com
You will see this window that tells you how Amazon gives 0.5% of your spendings toward the charity of your choice. Find the space that asks you to type in your charity’s name
